1Ticket Purchases

2Event Cancellation
If VANDORA WINTER SWAG 2026 is officially cancelled by Vandora prior to the scheduled date, eligible ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.

3Event Rescheduling or Postponement
Tickets Remain Valid
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, existing tickets will remain valid for the revised date. Refund eligibility in this case will be communicated separately at the time of the postponement.

Tickets for this event may or may not include optional protection or insurance coverage. Where a ticket doesn’t include such coverage, it’s treated as a non-insured booking, and refunds apply only if the event is officially cancelled by Vandora.

Refunds are not applicable for personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, no-shows, or late arrivals.
5Force Majeure
Vandora is not liable for delays, postponements, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public safety concerns, adverse weather, technical failures, or civil disturbances.
Refund decisions arising from such events will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with this policy.
6Payment & Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at booking. Processing timelines depend on the banking and payment gateway involved.
Transaction or convenience charges are non-refundable.
