1About Vandora Creations
Vandora Creations LLP is an event management and entertainment company engaged in the planning, promotion, ticketing, and execution of events, concerts, and cultural programs.
2Tickets & Entry
A valid ticket grants entry to the Event, venue, and date specified on the ticket, and admits one person only. Tickets are non-transferable and should not be shared except with the intended attendee. Tickets may not be duplicated, resold without authorisation, forged, or altered.
Children under the age of 3 are not permitted at the venue. Attendees aged 3 and above require a valid ticket for entry. Some ticket categories (e.g. VIP, VVIP, Fan Pit) may carry their own age restrictions.
Wristband & Re-Entry Rules
Entry is by ticket scan, and you’ll receive a wristband to wear for the duration of the Event. You’re free to move around the premises — just don’t lose it. Once you exit the venue gate, re-entry is not permitted. If your wristband is lost or damaged, we’ll try to help, but a replacement isn’t guaranteed. You’re responsible for your wristband, ticket, and QR code once issued.
3Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted inside the venue. Event security reasonably determines compromises to safety or the experience of other attendees. Prohibited items are subject to confiscation.
4Food, Beverages & Alcohol
Outside food and drinks are not permitted; water and food will be available for purchase on-site. VANDORA WINTER SWAG is an alcohol-free event.
5Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the venue.
6Parking
Parking will be arranged nearby on a best-effort, non-exclusive basis, entirely at the vehicle owner’s own risk.
7Event Changes, Line-Up & Weather
Vandora reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or adjust the Event’s schedule, line-up, venue, or format due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Artist schedules and performances are subject to change without refund.
The Event will proceed as planned even in light rain, provided conditions remain safe; it may be paused or modified if conditions become unsafe.
8Security & Attendee Conduct
Security personnel may conduct checks on reasonable suspicion, confiscate prohibited items, and refuse or revoke entry for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct.
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and must not damage property, endanger others, or disturb performers or fellow attendees. Non-compliance may result in removal without refund.
9Recording & Media Consent
Personal phone photography and video are welcome; professional recording equipment is not permitted. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by Vandora for marketing, documentation, and promotional use, without additional compensation.
10Health & Safety
The Event has been organised in full compliance with applicable fire and safety standards and approvals. Attendees participate at their own risk.
11Pets
Pets are not permitted at the venue.
12Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on this website, which governs cancellations, postponements, and refund timelines, and forms part of these Terms.
13Liability
Vandora is not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings, vehicle theft or damage, or personal injury sustained during the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vandora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from ticket purchase or event attendance.
14Force Majeure
Vandora is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or civil unrest.
15Intellectual Property
All Event branding, media, and materials are owned by or licensed to Vandora Creations LLP and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
16Privacy
Personal information collected for ticketing and event management is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
17Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
18Changes to These Terms
Vandora may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice; continued engagement with the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
